Pickliquid upholds the rights of authors and expects its community to respect them equally. Our Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and Copyright Policy specify the procedures for dealing with copyright infringement claims in accordance with relevant laws.

Intellectual Property

All text, images, branding, and other materials displayed on the Pickliquid platform belong to Pickliquid or are used with necessary permissions. Any unauthorized reproduction, alteration, or distribution of this material is forbidden. We reserve all rights not explicitly granted.

Reporting Infringement

If you suspect your copyrighted material has been copied or misused, please reach out to us immediately with a comprehensive report. Include details of the work, where it appears on our site, your contact details, and a sworn statement attesting to your belief that the use is unauthorized.

Response to Notices

Pickliquid examines all valid DMCA requests and will act per established protocols, which may involve removing the offending content or restricting access to it. We may also notify the person accused of infringement, giving them the opportunity to submit a counter-notification if warranted.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you assert that your content was mistakenly removed and does not infringe on copyrights, you may file a counter-notification. This should include identifying the removed material, a declaration under penalty of perjury of the error, and your agreement to the jurisdiction where you reside. Upon validation, Pickliquid might reinstate the content.

Limitation of Liability

Pickliquid disclaims liability for copyright breaches committed by external parties who share or post content through third-party services. Although we earnestly attempt to remove infringing content once notified properly, we cannot guarantee comprehensive monitoring of all submissions.

Effective Date

This Copyright and DMCA Policy was last revised in February 2025 and remains effective until changed.
